Rajiv Erinjery was most recently head chef at Park Plaza County Hall London
Park Plaza County Hall London’s head chef has joined London Marriott Hotel Park Lane as executive chef.
Rajiv Erinjery brings 25 years’ experience to the role, having previously held head chef positions at Grosvenor House Suites, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Grange Hotels, Corus Hotels and Hilton London Paddington.
While he was at PPHE Hotel Group, Erinjery led the team to an AA-rosette for Park Plaza County Hall.
At London Marriott Hotel Park Lane, he will oversee all culinary operations, including menu development at Lanes of London, the hotel’s Mediterranean-inspired, all-day dining restaurant.
Erinjery said of his appointment: “I’m delighted to be joining London Marriott Hotel Park Lane at such an exciting time. The Grade II-listed London Marriott Hotel Park Lane dates back to 1769. The building was transformed into a hotel in 2002.
