Delice de France has launched a filled croissant range under its Delice Fresh concept. The range is offered to cafés and foodservice operators within the M25, with delivery seven mornings a week. The revamped offering has two categories: the Signature range, comprising filled croissants in lemon, berry, chocolate and caramel flavours in mini and regular sizes, and the Specialist range, containing 23 staples at a variety of price points, including croissants, pains au chocolat and cardamom and cinnamon knots.

Hoshizaki UK has launched the Baker refrigerator series. The multifunctional units can freeze, thaw, retarder-prove, store and maintain temperature. Each comes equipped with eight pre-set programmes for easy setup, with the option for customised settings. The touchscreen display is simple to use and includes a progress bar. The Baker series has a Climate Class 5 rating, meaning it is capable of operating in ambient temperatures of up to 40°C.

French bakery manufacturer Bridor has unveiled the Maxi Croissant, a ready-to-bake, 120g Viennese pastry that is suitable as snack or can be used for hot or cold sandwiches. The Maxi Croissant is supplied in boxes of 36 and require 30-45 minutes to defrost at room temperature before cooking in pre-heated oven for approximately 15-17 minutes at 165°C-170°C.

The Clink Bakery has launched two new seasonal products: Creme Egg Brownies and Mini Egg Cookies, handmade by students at HMP Brixton. The new range is available to purchase through the Catered by Clink website, where every order helps support people in prison to gain practical skills, training and work experience.

La Lorraine Bakery Group has added a topped flatbread margarita to its portfolio. The soft baked flatbread features a light tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella and a light sprinkling of herbs. The flatbread can be served as a snack or as part of a sharing menu and comes part-baked.

Kendon Packaging Group has launched a coreless roll for its Multibake silicone greaseproof baking paper. Removing the cardboard core reduces the amount of packaging to dispose of and helps speed up changeovers during prep and production. Multibake sheets can also be used multiple times, reducing waste.

Staple Food Group has introduced two Brown Butter Oils, which capture the nutty taste of beurre noisette in a ready-to-use format. The oils add a brown butter flavour to bakes, desserts, confectionery, ice-cream and sauces. Roasted Brown Butter Anhydrous offers a concentrated flavour with no water content, suitable for recipes where precision and consistency matter, while Extra Roasted Brown Butter Preparation provides a softer, rounded flavour that blends into creams, fillings and mixes.
