The main was Herdwick lamb with duchess potato, pea and nettle purée, roscoff onion and lamb jus.

More than 150 guests gathered at One Moorgate Place, London, on 16 April to congratulate the winners of The Caterer’s Supplier Awards 2026.
Twenty award winners took to the stage to collect their trophies, with awards spanning categories from Community Campaign of the Year to Food Brand of the Year.
Clare Nicholls, products and supplies reporter at The Caterer said: “All of our winners and finalists should be proud of their achievements in helping UK hospitality operators improve their quality and efficiency in a challenging market and they have been rightly rewarded.”
