Nicolas Smalberger has been appointed executive head chef at London Hilton on Park Lane.
He will be responsible for the entire culinary offering at the 453-bedroom Mayfair hotel, ranging from the Revery Bar and Park Corner Brasserie to room service and event catering.
The chef has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, having worked across five continents over the course of his career.
He has held executive chef positions at the Palace of the Lost City, the Table Bay hotel, and the Royal Livingstone in Zambia, and also led the international culinary teams at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
