Pick.Your.Own. will open a two-storey restaurant in Broadgate this March
City of London-based QSR group Pick.Your.Own. (P.Y.O.) is to expand into Broadgate next month with its first breakfast offering.
News of the second site comes soon after P.Y.O. secured funding for expansion late last year.
The brand was founded in 2024 by Christian West, who previously had a career in investment banking and private equity.
P.Y.O. opened its first store in late 2024 near London’s Fenchurch Street.
In a bid to target morning trade, P.Y.O. Broadgate will offer a breakfast menu consisting of various breakfast bowls, as well as buttered toast with toppings like Burford Brown eggs, smoked Chalk Stream trout and mini chorizo sausages.
Grab-and-go breakfast options include hot porridge with apple and tahini and choc-cherry chia pudding.
P.Y.O. will continue to offer its salad and lunch menu of customisable bowls with toppings such as rotisserie chicken, Scottish salmon and seasonal British vegetables.
The upcoming site is set across two floors and features a mix of communal, banquette and high-top seating.
West told The Caterer: "Opening at Broadgate, one of the most dynamic places in the city, is a major milestone for P.Y.O. - our second opening in just over twelve months, this launch reflects the strong momentum behind the brand. Introducing breakfast allows us to deliver high-quality, grab-and-go options throughout the day, while staying true to our ethos of quality-driven food, made fresh daily with ingredient provenance at its core. Broadgate is the first of several openings planned for 2026, with more to come."
