A record-breaking £405,000 was raised through the hard work of senior figures across the hospitality industry on Friday night as leaders went Back to the Floor in aid of industry charity Hospitality Action.
The event saw more than 100 hospitality leaders, including The Caterer’s very own editor James Stagg and deputy editor Caroline Baldwin, donning aprons to serve three-course meals to 600 guests at London Hilton on Park Lane on Friday (20 March).
The 2026 event marked a major milestone as the funds raised across all seven Back to the Floor dinners surpassed £1m, making it Hospitality Action’s most successful fundraising initiative to date.
