Sodexo Live! appoints new director for sports and stadia division

Steven Cova has been appointed divisional operations director for sports and stadia at Sodexo Live!.

He brings over 20 years’ experience in UK-based sporting and entertainment venues to the role, including at Levy UK + Ireland.

Over the course of his career, he has overseen multi-site operations with revenues exceeding £135m and consistently achieved sales and profit margin growth.

Sodexo Live! is currently a culinary partner to venues including Brighton & Hove Albion FC, Ascot Racecourse, Newcastle United FC, Emirates Old Trafford and Nottingham Forest FC.

Globally, the contract caterer contributes to events including the Tour de France and the Rugby World Cup.
