One week left until the Caterer’s People Summit 2025

There is just one week to go until The Caterer’s People Summit 2025, which will feature a host of inspirational speakers to empower HR leaders to solve some of the biggest workforce challenges today.

This full-day event at Events @ No 6, Aldgate, London, will bring together HR hospitality leaders with motivational speakers from both inside and outside the industry who will share actionable insights on how to nurture winning teams and create the very best culture to truly engage the modern workforce.  

Among the speakers will be Ceri Gott, former chief culture and growth officer at Hawksmoor, who will discuss the culture challenges of expanding a UK hospitality business into the US, and David Jones, head of psychology and personal development of Saracens RFC.

Speaking to The Caterer earlier this year, Jones said he wants to highlight “the importance of understanding different competitive landscapes and the structures and functions of teams [and] how to adapt your team to the challenges you face”.
