Surrey’s Foxhills Club & Resort will launch a new restaurant this week in the latest tranche of investments to elevate the luxury hotel’s offering
Foxhills hotel and country club is set to launch a new restaurant called Lomri as part of a refreshed food and beverage offering helmed by head chef Achal Aggarwal, who joined the hotel in August.
The hotel has invested £1.5m into the launch of its new restaurant and accompanying Manor lounge and bar, which will be served by a 22-strong team.
Lomri, which is named after the Hindi word for fox, will seat 80 covers and serve food which “reflects both Britain’s long-standing culinary connection with India and a growing appetite for regional, experience-led dining”, with prices starting at £19.50.
This launch marks the latest in a slew of investments made into Foxhills in recent years, which include bedroom refurbishments and the launch of a family leisure facility and padel and pickleball courts.
Foxhills hotel manager said: “We are extremely excited to be launching our new dining experience to members, guests and diners looking for that special moment here in the heart of Surrey.
“Lomri and The Manor Lounge and Bar represent an important step in the continued evolution of our food and beverage offering, and the time that can be enjoyed here at Foxhills.”
