Tim O’Sullivan has been appointed general manager at the Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa in the Yorkshire Dales.
He brings more than 25 years’ industry experience, having previously held general manager roles at Hand Picked Hotels’ Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa in Cheshire, where he oversaw a major refurbishment.
O’Sullivan joins the 1,000-acre estate as it looks to enhance the Nàdarra Spa, as well as its offering across food and beverage and on-site activities, which already include Land Rover off-road driving and clay pigeon shooting.
He said: “The estate has a truly unique proposition, from its award-winning spa and breathtaking landscape to its dynamic hospitality and activity offering. I look forward to working with the talented team to shape an experience that continues to surprise and delight every guest who visits.”
The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa has been owned by the Bannister family for more than 50 years.
