Mark Webber has been appointed culinary director for government and energy at foodservice giant Sodexo.
He brings more than 10 years’ experience across business and industry, defence, education, sport and leisure to the role.
In the past, Webber also led on national food development strategies and oversaw large-scale contract catering operations across the UK.
As culinary director for Sodexo’s government and energy division, he will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of food at every site. He will also be supported by Sodexo UK & Ireland’s senior culinary leadership team, consisting of Ernest Dsouza, executive craft development chef for government and energy, and Tony Holland, culinary lead for Sodexo’s energy business.

Sodexo’s government and energy division works with more than 35 clients across the UK, Ireland, Falkland Islands and Cyprus, providing services for 1,600 sites.
