Prezzo Italian, which is owned by Brava Hospitality, recorded an 8% uplift in like-for-like sales for the year to December 31 2025
Turnover across the chain rose 8% year-on-year to £100.2m, while EBITDA surged to £2.8m – up more than threefold on 2024 levels.
Brava credited its robust performance to strong results across the 12 restaurants it refurbished during the financial year, 10 of which recorded their strongest trading weeks on record upon reopening.
This, alongside the chain’s dine at home proposition, which posted 42% like-for-like sales growth and the successful launch of its Club Prezzo loyalty scheme, enabled Brava Hospitality to deliver strong results “despite absorbing increases in National Living Wage, National Insurance and wider inflationary pressures.”
Brava Hospitality, which is readying to relaunch the Jamie Oliver restaurant brand Jamie’s Italian this year with a target of 40 sites, will open its first new branch in London’s Leicester Square this month.
Brava Hospitality chief executive James Brown said: “These results show what Prezzo Italian is capable of when we focus on the fundamentals - great food, relevant restaurants and disciplined execution.
“2025 was a transformation year for the business. The progress we’ve made gives us real confidence as we continue to build a stronger, more competitive restaurant brand for the long term, while also creating a platform for future growth across our portfolio.”
Prezzo Italian was established in 2000 and has 95 sites across the UK, employing nearly 1,900 workers.
