Trèsind London will begin with tasting menus only, with chef Himanshu Saini leading the culinary vision

Indian fine-dining brand Trèsind has now revealed its first London outpost will open this spring.
Last October the brand, which is behind Dubai’s three-Michelin-starred Trèsind Studio, announced its intention to head to the UK capital.
Owner Passion F&B has unveiled further details of the new site in London’s Mayfair. On the ground floor, there will be a main dining room as well as private dining space, while the basement will house a bar alongside an experiential private room conceived for curated tastings and special events.
Suyash Nath, chief executive of Passion F&B UK and US, said: “Trèsind began in Dubai in 2014 as my father’s passion project – a modern interpretation of Indian cuisine rooted in creativity and hospitality. Over the years it has grown into a global story and bringing it to London feels like a natural next chapter.”
Nath added that the Trèsind London will begin with tasting menus only, with chef Himanshu Saini leading the culinary vision, aiming to use British produce while showcasing Trèsind’s signature dishes such as its Chaat Trolley, as well as new menu items specific to London.
Its drinks menu will showcase flavours of various Indian regions and recreate them into contemporary cocktails.
Trèsind’s original site opened in Dubai in 2014, while its follow up, Trèsind Studio, arrived in the same Emirate’s Palm Jumeirah in 2018. It was awarded three Michelin stars in May 2025.
Trèsind is part of hospitality group Passion F&B, which was founded by Bhupender Nath in 2014. It operates contemporary Indian food concepts in Dubai and India, including Avatara, Maison De Curry, Bistro Aamara, A Cappella, Nonnaverse, Viva La Goa and Gala By Tresind.
